Rise

7th & 8th grade are crucial years for youth sports. These are typically the first years of school ball where there are cheerleaders, fans, and game-day preparation. It is the time athletes decide if a sport is for them or not. This is the period players decide if they want to rise to the occasion and commit to taking their game to the next level. PBA Rise is for the player looking to do just that.

Before AAU season begins, 7th & 8th graders can challenge themselves during January through Rise. Players will be taught concepts and skills on Thursday nights, have the opportunity to execute what they learned through competition on Saturday mornings, all while working on their strength and mobility with Breakthrough Sports performance. If your 7th or 8th grader is looking to elevate their game to prepare for AAU season and beyond, then Rise is the move.
