Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

3 on 3 Madness

Full refund will be provided if team drops from league 2 weeks before start date (2/12). No refund will be provided if team drops after that date.

Academy Games

Full refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 14 days (5/4) before tournament start date (5/18). Half refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 13-7 days (5/5-5/11) before tournament start date (5/18). No refund will be granted if team drops from tournament 6 days (5/12-5/18) or closer to tournament start date.

Camps

Up to 14 days prior to the start of camp: Full refund minus non refundable administrative fee. Less than 14 days prior to the start of camp: If accompanied by a doctor’s note, full refund minus non refundable administrative fee. If no doctor's note, half refund minus non refundable administrative fee. No refunds will be given after the start of camp.

The PBA League

Full refund will be provided if team drops from league 2 weeks before start date (12/22). No refund will be provided if team drops after that date.
